What changed

Webflow, the platform your site is built on, retired its old editing tool on 4 August 2026. The link you had bookmarked no longer opens anything.

Nothing changed about your permissions. If you could edit your site before, you still can. You just get to it a different way now.

Getting in

Go to webflow.com and click Log in.
Sign in with the email address your access was set up with. That is normally your work email. If you have never set a password, use Forgot your password? to make one.
You will land on a dashboard listing the sites you are allowed to edit. Click yours.

Changing text and pictures

Text. Double-click any words on the page and type. It behaves like a word processor.
Pictures. Click an image and choose the replacement you want.
Saving. Your changes save as you go, but they are not on the live site yet. See Making it live below.

Changing projects, news posts and other lists

Anything that appears as a repeating list on your site, like projects, news, team members or venues, is not edited on the page itself. It lives in a content library, and the page pulls from it. Change it once there and every place it appears updates.

Open the CMS panel.
Choose the collection you want, for example Projects.
Click the item you want to change.
Edit the fields and close the panel.

The fields you see match the parts of the page: a heading, an introduction, images, and so on. Leaving a field empty is fine. Anything built to appear only when a field is filled in will simply stay hidden.

Making it live

Nothing you change appears on the public site until you publish it. That is deliberate, and it means you can edit freely without worrying.

When you are happy, click Publish at the top right. Give it a few seconds, then check the live site.
